Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

Shipping to Germany:

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge a flat rate of 9.90 euros per order for delivery within Germany. Delivery is made as an insured parcel with a tracking number via DPD.

The delivery time is usually 5-6 working days after receipt of payment.

From an order value of 290.00 euros, delivery to Germany is free of charge.

Shipping to other EU countries:

We charge a flat rate of 14.90 euros for deliveries to other EU countries. Delivery is made as an insured parcel with a tracking number via DPD.

The delivery time is usually 6-7 working days after receipt of payment.

EU countries include the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece, Great Britain (except Channel Islands, Jersey and Guernsey), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal (except Azores, Madeira), Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary.

There is no delivery to Malta and Cyprus.

Shipping to non-EU countries:

We charge a flat rate of 35.00 euros for deliveries to Switzerland.

For deliveries to Norway we charge a flat rate of 39.00 euros.

Deliveries to Switzerland and Norway are sent as an insured parcel with a tracking number via Poczta Polska. Please note that there may be different customs and clearance fees in your country. These are to be paid by the customer.

The delivery time is usually 7-9 working days after receipt of payment.
The shipping costs can only be determined when items are in the shopping cart.
