Boiler configurator - Pundmann Therm Boiler FLOW HEAT with coil, 230V / 500W, 9L

By choosing this option, you will utilize warm air from the vehicle's heating system (Webasto/Autoterm type heating). Water is heated by the flow of warm air through a heat exchanger, allowing for efficient and energy-saving delivery of hot water, especially on cooler days when heating is already in use.

Two modern control solutions are available to choose from:

relaisBOARD - A compact module for easy switching on and off of 12V heating elements.
The status is indicated by the red LED illumination on the switch.
relaisBOARD can handle the high current required by 12V heating elements without the need to route thick cables to the switch.
The heating element and the battery are connected directly to the relaisBOARD (note: don't forget the fuse!).
The heating element switches off automatically via the integrated temperature cut-off. Heating continues as long as the switch is activated.

boilerCONTROL - offers far more control options for the boiler.
The included temperature sensor allows for monitoring of the desired set temperature, and automatically switches the heating elements on or off accordingly.
Control can be done via up to three optional buttons or conveniently via smartphone. Configuration is also handled through the smartphone.
Communication is via Wi-Fi – boilerCONTROL can create its own access point or connect to an existing Wi-Fi network.
The following configurations are possible:

• Power supply: 12V / 24V
• Up to 3 buttons can be connected (control can also be done exclusively via smartphone)
• Control of up to 2 heating elements, including mixed voltage types: 12V / 24V / 230V
• Time-based preselection for heating duration
• Option to configure "one-time heating" upon button press
• Low voltage cutoff setting for heating element shutdown (only for Relay 1)
• Input for an external signal to automatically heat the boiler when solar energy is in surplus and the battery is full
• Temperature sensor offset adjustment – to correct the difference between measured and actual temperature. Especially useful when boilerCONTROL is used on boilers without a sensor sleeve, where readings tend to be lower than the real temperature
• Relay 3 can be used, for example, to activate heating (via button or smartphone). It can also be used to control other devices.
• The same applies to Relay 4, which is often used to control awning lighting. Note: Relay 4 can be controlled only via smartphone
• All relays can be named individually in the menu to make operation as intuitive as possible for the user

We can prepare a special opening in the boiler to place a temperature sensor.

The temperature sensor allows temperature data to be transmitted to an external device.
We offer two options for connecting the boiler to the water system.

Your Flow-Boiler in this configurator automatically comes with a water heat exchanger. With it, you can heat the water in your boiler or dissipate heat.

For example, you can connect the boiler to the cooling water circuit of your vehicle's engine and heat your water. Alternatively, you can heat the water by installing an Autoterm Flow water diesel heater or another alternative water heater and connecting the heat circuit with the heat exchanger in your boiler.

If you opt for a second or third water loop in the boiler, you can combine multiple options from above. For example, your boiler could be heated by your engine's cooling water, Autoterm Flow, and an electric heating element simultaneously, not only heating your domestic water but also warming your floor heating. The choice is yours!
