Parking heater Autoterm Air 9D (Planar 9DM)
Parking heaters from the manufacturer Autoterm have started a triumphant march in touring vehicles, boats and yachts. They are robust, reliable, durable and economical in use. They have become known under the former name Planar. New name, same proven product. The newest member of the heater family: the Autoterm Air 9D with 8kw heating power. Suitable for large vehicles, the Air 9D far exceeds the heating power requirements of normal campervans. For vans or expedition vehicles with good insulation, it is better to choose the smaller Air 2D or Air 4D parking heater. Originally developed for trucks, the Autoterm Air 9D is used in touring vehicles to heat poorly insulated coaches or double-decker buses or boats up to 15 m long. The Air 9D heater has a controllable range of 3.2 kw to 8 kw, and the power is designed to heat up to 290 m3 of space per hour.
Supply voltage Autoterm Air 9D
Designed for connection to a 12V or 24V on-board power supply. Please select the appropriate variant depending on your vehicle. Heating power can be adjusted from 3.2 kW to 8 kW. At the lowest level, diesel consumption is approx. 0.42 litres, and at maximum output approx. 1 litre per hour.
Power consumption
At the minimum heating power, the Autoterm Air 9D consumes approximately 12 watts, at the maximum setting 180 watts.

Note
The fuel line is also included in the scope of delivery. Suitable as a connection to rigid hoses or couplings. The length is usually quite sufficient (divide the pieces if necessary). If, contrary to expectations, the quantity is still insufficient, the fuel line can be re-ordered by metres.
Warm air duct
The 9D heater has a 100mm hot air intake and exhaust. Although a reduction in flow in the hot air duct is generally excluded, the 9D heater can be operated with a 90mm duct.
